Delivery

We offer free delivery with the exclusion of Devon, Cornwall and rural Wales which has a small surcharge. All deliveries to Scotland have a small surcharge. Please email us for prices. We allow up to approx 2.5 weeks on all deliveries. Often it is sooner dependent on your postcode.

We use a specialist furniture courier to ensure that your items arrive in tip top condition. They will text you several days ahead of delivery with a day and time slot. If you require a certain day for delivery, drop us a line and we will pass it on to the couriers.

International delivery. We do not deliver abroad, but we can deliver to a Uk shipper for you, for onward travel.

All our items are manually checked at the warehouse by the courier who is responsible for making the delivery - before it is loaded onto the van.

This is not a standard service and not a standard courier. It is someone specially selected by us because we know they understand how to pack and safely transport delicate and/or bulky items.

When the courier arrives at your salon you will be asked to sign to confirm that your item has arrived safely. It's very important that you check things very carefully because it's at this point the responsibility for the condition of the product is transferred to you.

It's extremely unusual for things to be damaged in transit, as we take extra care, but accidents do happen. In which case, have a conversation with the courier who will call us, arrange for the item to be returned and a replacement put on immediate order.
